SP2010... having HOME link point to different page, possible?

Running SharePoint 2010. You know how the bread crumbs show where you have
navigated within your site? I would like to manually edit what SP thinks is the
HOME link to point to a different page than the default landing page? In other
words, we have one page "home.aspx" that shows by default when you navigate to
the root of our site. But, we want a different page, "home1.aspx" to be linked
to whenever the HOME link shows in the breadcrumbs. Is this possible?

In SP2007 that's the Welcome Page (under Site Settings-> Look and Feel).
I'm ashamed to say I don't have a 2010 RTM machine running yet -- hopefully
by the end of the week -- but I would think it's going to be nearby.

Same place in RTM. But that actually changes which page is the home page of
the site. I don’t think its possible to change the tab without changing the
actual Welcome page. Also the Welcome page link is only available when
publishing is turned on.

Sounds like you'd want to mess with the Master Page, specifically the
breadcrumb control. You could hack it and put your own "Home" node in front
of it, but that could get messy.
