SP2010: Automated Mail Sent to User Added to Group

SP2010 sends a generated email welcoming them to the new group the user was just
added to. Is there any way to customize the 'reply to' email so, that it goes to
the sending group and not the farm configured singular address? I really need a
way for responses to go to the site collection admins and not the farm
administrators in this case.

Thanks in advance if anyone can offer any insight.
