I have a system developed with simple OOB approver workflows implemented. but
recently when ever approver tried to approve the task, He gets "this form is
Closed" error screen. keeping the wf status pending.
Reset the workflow will reset all the existing approved files status & will have
to again approve all those file which can't be done.
Is there any alternative where i could overcome this issue & my existing file WF
status will also remain intact?
