SP Manager from NSE any good?

I heard that SP Manager from NSE is suppose to be a good backup and restore tool for SharePoint. Can anyone give me the Pros and Cons of this tool based upon their personal experience.

Don’t know about this one, but I use AvePoint & it works great.

I have purchased and used both SP Manager and DocAve and IMO DocAve is WAY
better...I have been using it for close to a year on 3 different farms it has
performed great and it is completely automated....

I will say that neither is real great at moving sites from Dev to Prod but
overall DOCAVE is very good  at consistant usable backups....
