I have an urgent issue.

I have a test web application in my current environment with this URL
http://server4:80/sites/rcep_test with a publish portal template.
and i want to backup and restore this application in different URL
http://server4:80/pages/ also with a publish portal template.

Please be aware that i want to delete the old web application and host the new
one.

So, what steps should i follow to finish this scenario.
