I am receiving the following error messages in my Event Log on the
server. I looked at the configuration for the Search and Index, but
can't see anyhing wrong. Any thoughts?
Error 1:
The content source <http://Portal/> cannot be accessed.
Context: http://Portal/ Application, Portal_Content Catalog
Details:
URL could not be resolved. The host may be unavailable, or
the proxy settings are not configured correctly on the index server.
To change proxy settings, from SharePoint Portal Server Central
Administration click Configure Search and Indexing. In the list of
index servers, choose the server name and edit the proxy settings on
the Server Settings page. (0x80041221)
Error 2:
The content source <sps://Portal/site$$$people> cannot be accessed.
Context: http://Portal/ Application, Portal_Content Catalog
Details:
The object was not found. (0x80041201)
