I like to know if there is a way to sort those links in "Quick
links" section, I want to sort them in my way.
Any idea?

They are in the reverse order from which they were published, so
republishing them in the reverse of the order you want is a "quick and
dirty" way to solve the problem.

Look at the Web Part definition - there is an attribute called 'Part
Storage' and the second line of this contains the part of the SQL
statement that is used to gather the links  from the Quick Links folder.
You can change this here to reflect your needs - also note that the
number of links returned is held in the 3rd line of this attribute.
