Smigrate Restore 3.0

Hey guys,

SharePoint site I don't administer on a day to day basis (only when it breaks) I setup smigrate and stsadm backups to disk a few years ago, the stsadm ones stopped working (further investigateion needed) but i'm trying to work out whats wrong with the stsadm ones - please see error below:

No still an issue - if anyone has any suggestions thats would be great
