look at the UseShared property of the SPNavigation object of your site. This

I have a similar question..
Is it possible to inherit  the quicklaunch or the left navigation menu
from the parent sitecollection to all sites?
We need this to have a common left navigation on all the sites, parent
site.

It's not quite as simple with the Quick Launch, because by default it
provides links to content within the site. You would have to build the
links in code  or use a custom datasource to provide a consistent set of
links across sites. Not difficult, but not as trivial as setting a
single property.
