Using a Site theme Issue

I have applied a site theme to my portal. It has modified all
webparts with the correct theme, except the content editor webpart.

Anyone know the reason for this and how I may correct it?

The reason  why the web part did take the change it is because , it
needs to be done at the CSS where the web parts are located in your
server.
please let me know if this clears your question.

Then why did it change it for all the other webparts?
