Is there a way (I know there isn't one naturally) that you could apply a site template to a team site that is already created? Normally I have to blow out the site and recreate it with the template I've uploaded to the template libary, but maybe there is some work around to this that I do not know about.

Anyone that can share some of their experiences with this problem and perhaps how they got around it would be most helpful!!!
