Site templates gone from publishing site

So I installed the publishing site from Sharepoint, but when I go to
create sites I have only the option of creating a publishing template.
Does anyone know how to get the other templates back?

I don't have a server in front of me right now for the exact syntax.
But, you should be able to go into 'templates and page layouts' (sp?),
in Site Settings, and turn them back  on or alternatively only select a
few.
