Site template worth of a Customer Call Center

I am getting ready to begin creating a site for the customer
information call center for our company. In conjunction with a Procedures
Library, Forms library and a big Links List, I am looking for a good way to
organize the information so that each representative has EVERYTHING at their
fingertips, WITHOUT too much clutter. Am I talking SEARCH here? Haven't
utilized Search as of yet. I know....bad.

I did take a look at that one (part of the fab 40, correct?) Our call
center doesn't really react like a Support center  would. They use it more like
a reference center.

Don't know why I haven't utilized this group
before. Very helpful and well organized.
