In SPS2003, it's possible to create a site template for deploying the site
structure often and faster. However, I would need that site groups of my
template site and members of these site groups to be included in the
template to avoid to add every time the same site groups and members to the
new sites...

Is it possible? Because now, it doesn't save any site groups, members nor
users into the template file (.stp)
