We have a SP2010 deployment. Recently, whenever we deploy a new site with a
template that uses the reporting templates (e.g. Team Site template) it errors
and will not provision. The actual error message is, "....The url "Reporting
Templates/audit.xlsx' is invalid. It may refer to a nonexistent file or folder,
or refer to a valid file or folder that is not in the current web."

I've done some goggle searches with no luck yet. I've confirmed the existence of
the 'audit.xlsx' file in the HIVE folder. Any other ideas to try?
