I'm running into a few issues with sites..I have a few users who have
been trying to test some things out, a few of which have been the My
Site feature, and also creation of sites. I have myself as an
Administrator on the site and portal levels...yet it won't let me
create a subsite or a top-level web site anywhere at all. I find
this to be interesting, especially since I also have self-service
site creation enabled. I did discover that the other user that tried
to create a subsite from an existing site didn't have permission, but
I thought it was odd that it wouldn't allow me as an administrator to
add a new site or subsite. The error I got was "Cannot complete this
action."

The other issue I'm having is with the My Site feature...one other
person attempted to create his My Site page, and it yelled at him
even though he had permission to create his own personal site...the
error was "There has been an error creating your personal site.
Contact your site administrator."
