My Site Questions

Had several My Site questions for the list:

As an administrator, is there a way to see the private view of another users My
Site?
Is there a way for the admin to delete a users My Site? (to reset it or start
over)
What's the best way to edit the default My Site template (I want to add and
remove certain web parts)

Farm Administrators can perform the first two functions. Check out STSADM
for deleting a specific My Site.

The best way to edit the My Site template is to navigate to it in the
browser and then choose "Edit with Microsoft Office FrontPage" from the File
menu. If I recall correctly, any changes you make as a Web Designer+ will
influence all My Sites Web Parts that have not be personalized.
