Site Collection sizing

How can I report/track the storage space being used per WSS or MySite?
Can a report like this be broken down into the sites componenets: each
document library, list, etc.?
Is it possible to set size limits on WSS and MySites?
Is it possible to set size limits on specific components?
If so, how?

Click on "Site Settings" for your site  and then click "Go to Site Administration". You'll several configuration and reporting options that will help you out.
