Single SQL server + WSS + SPS2003

For a production environment with a small server farm, may I use the
same SQL server for my WSS and my SPS2003 (with its own WSS) ?

I am doing that on a SBS2003 domain/network. The WSS is from my SBS
server, and the SPS is on a member server. They each create their own
databases in the SQL2000 server  on the SBS2003 box.
