How to shrink share point portal server 2003 SITE database (Transaction log file - .LDF).

I observed in SQL Server 2000 that SITE Database .mdf file size is 5 GB and .ldf file is 15 GB.

I have tried to shrink it with DBCC SHRINKFILE command in SQL query analyzer but following error message

Cannot shrink log file 2 (MYPorta1_SITE_log) because all logical log files are in use.

(1 row(s) affected)

DBCC execution completed. If DBCC printed error messages, contact your system administrator.

Please let me how i can shrink the portal site database log file size
