I just had a request come in about making something easier for the
users. In site settings, under user alerts, you get a page that has a
dropdown that shows a list of users that currently have alerts. The
text in the dropdown shows Account names; the customer does not know
who people are by accounts and would like to see the user's name
instead for this.

What would be the best course of action in accomodating this request?
