Shearpoint 2010 BackUp

Hi,

I have got a 30 Days Free Hosting Service for sharepoint2010 from http://www.sharepointhoster.com/.

Now I need to take a backup for my site before it get expire. SharePointDesigner 2010 does not have the option to backup the site.

I am having Windows 7 OS Based PC.

How I can take backup of the site. The site name is itsthe1.sharepointhoster.com.

Please help me
