We've been working with the SharePoint 2003's ability to sync contacts with
Outlook 2003. We need some help synching plain old fields like Department
and Categories:

1. When we import Outlook 2003 contacts to a SP2003 Contact list, these
fields are not being imported. Can this be configured?

2. When the contacts are sync'ed from te SPS2003 Contact list back to a
shared Outlook 2003 contact folder, the data is not being sync'ed (even when
we go to the SP site, add Department and Categories as custom fields on the
Contact List and supply the data on the SP site).

Any thoughts?
