SharePoint_Config.mdf file delted

sharepoint 2007

By mistake today i deleted SharePoint_Config.mdf file, from physical drive, I
was trying to move files and pressed shift+Del and performed delete yes...

I dont have full farm backup, i just have web application backup....

now all my site giving this error.... "Cannot connect to the configuration
database."

Do i need to install again, or is there anyway to recover config file..

Do you have a back up of the config database

Another option would be to rerunn PSConfig and attach the content databases.
You will have to re create the SSP though. Might be a god time to consider
using the attach database method to upgrade to 2010, you are halfway there
