Sharepoint Word Error: "Document information panner is unable to load"

I am new to sharepoint, when I am trying to Edit one share point word
documnet it gives an error message" problem occuerrd while connecting to
server" and when I am trying to create a new document the required fileds
are not showing in above ribbon it says "Document information panner is
unable to load".(please find attaced files for reference).

Any one had same issue ? any solution?

Are you attempting to use the Edit in Microsoft Office Word function in
the library? Are you attempting to modify this document using the
External Collaboration Toolkit for SharePoint and authenticating to the
site as an ADAM user?

No, I have just created a documnet library and trying to edit a documnet
that is uploaded in sharepoint site, and trying to create a new documnet in
the same documnet library but getting the respective errors............

Are you getting this error when trying to edit the existing document and
when trying to upload a new document? Or one of the other? Which
action are you attempting when experiencing this error?

I m getting this error while editing an exsiting documnet.
