Sharepoint View using elements of 2 lists

Is it possible to create a view in Sharepoint that pulls in elements
from 2 different lists?

I want to create a list of resource training courses - I'd like to
pull course, cost and vendor from another list. Is it possible or is
there a better way to do this?
