I have migrated content from SharePoint Portal Server 2001 to SharePoint Portal Server 2003. Now all documents are available throw Topics. Do you have any suggestion what is the best way to integrate new and old document. If I advise user to create new Document Library with in WSS sites for each new project they won’t be satisfy to access new document throw Document Library and old one throw Topic. I try uploading document in a Topic but it really seams like WSS Site templates are better solution.

Any suggestion?
