Anyone that has had prior experience with Sharepoint UI Design and would like to contribute to a community site specific to UI design within the Sharepoint Environment?

Probably wouldn't be a bad idea to keep this one on the list. I'd like to know this too...

1)create child control
2). Render webpart.

I speak actually of product-based UI design  within Sharepoint, for
example site  definitions, list definitions, custom templates, data
views, web services data views, etc. etc. Using FrontPage 2003 to
customize data rather than creating webparts in ASP.NET.

Some things are simple enough, if you know certain code manipulation elements, that they can be done rather quickly through the use of custom Data Views via FrontPage 2003. Also with carefull planning, you can do a lot with Cascading Style Sheets and XML.

So I am hoping to bring together a community  that specializes in this area of Sharepoint development. There are tons of .NET developers out there that can create custom web parts, but folks knowledgeable in product-based UI as I describe above are not that common.
