Sharepoint Site resoultion

The sharepoint site I created uses scroll bars if I
reduce the screen resolution to 800*600. It looks
perfect for 1024*768 resolution. Is there a way to
elimibate the scroll bar for 800*600 resolution? I'm
running SPS 2003.
