SharePoint Rights

I have a MOSS 2007 site where I have one area where
the rights from the parent and not flowing down to the
child. The group I have is called Portal Visitors with
a read only permission.

When someone go to the workgroups site they get an
access denied, I have check the permissions and they
are set to inherent form the parent.

I was able to figure this out finially...

The issue was that there was not a check in the box that
Enumerate Permissions - Enumerate permissions on the Web site,
list, folder, document, or list item on the read permission level.

This is the path...DPR PORTAL > Site Settings > Permissions >
Permission Levels (In the site permission area)

Enumerate permissions on the Web site, list, folder, document, or
list item on the read permission level.
