Sharepoint Problem

Please, I have a small problem. I have some office XP documents in my
sharepoint portal.

when i use " edit in Microsoft Office XP" or " edit in Microsoft Excel".

it opens Word or Excel and i make changes and i save again.

when i open these documents next time using " edit in.....etc'', i find
that no changes are applied.

But i browse the companyweb site from " Windows explorer", i find that
the changes are applied in the document.

Do you have any idea about this ?

Am I the only one with problems mailing this list>?
This lady can't seem to mail to it and I get alot of returned
undeliverables.

I seem to be able to send ok - is she joined to the list?

Oh, and the answer to the question is this is a caching issue, and she needs to
change the settings in her Internet Explorer to "Every visit to the page".

True .. if you aren't subscribed you cannot post .. maybe that might be the
problem also.

The list is running fine. Keep in mind though that I moderate new
subscribers to weed out spam (some of it is pretty bad) that is normally
send to this list. I usually remove moderation after a few posts so I know
that the subscriber is legitimate.
