Sharepoint Portal Search Problem

My Portal Search not working. I says no result found.
On the log i get the following message:

The address could not be found, (0x80041205 - Access
is denied. Check that the Default Content Access
Account in SharePoint Central Administration is
correct, or follow the "Exclude and Include Content"
link to add a rule to specify the proper crawling
account to access this URL. )

I've recently discovered that I get the same error if I install
SharePoint through Terminal Services. Once I installed it directly
on the server itself, everything worked smoothly.

I believe this could not really be the cause of the
problem even though i used terminal services to
install it. Can anyone put few lines on this plz.....
