I have created a Sharepoint Portal Area and one of the items they want
to use is the Tasks Webpart. I have created the appropriate
permission to the Area for which the Task Webpart exists. When they go
to use the Task webpart and click the Assigned To drop down, not
everyone is listed here. If I go check Security for the Area, I see
the appropriate people I have given the ability to View, Insert and
Edit.

Shouldn't I see these same people in the Manage Security Area, listed
in the Drop Down for Assigned To.
