Sharepoint permissions / login problem

could anyone help me with this problem with sharepoint.

even after enabling "integrated windows authentication" and "digest
authentication for windows domain servers" users of the portal get the
login / password dialog anytime the try to access the site.

You must set up I mean only integrated windows authentication and set in IE6
->Internet options -> security -> local intranet -> sites your domain name
in "*domainame.xxx" format then go back to local intranet and custom level
and check option Automatic logon only in intranet zone.
