Can you save email attachments directly into SharePoint? What is the best way to get documents from an email onto SharePoint? Do I always have to save it to my pc before uploading it to a site?

Are you running Windows XP? The WebDAV client in XP is much better than 2000, it seems to be able to save directly to SharePoint when 2000 can’t. You may find my blog post on WebDAV interesting. It’s at thorprojects.com/blog/archive/2005/09/12/223.aspx

You should be able to copy/paste the URL of the library into the Save As box, and point to the library you would like to send it to.

BE CAREFUL in the explorer view. You can
easily fubar the whole document library. But this works pretty well.
