The "no code" options are:

1) The Business Data Catalog (BDC - moss  only)

2) Data View/Data Form web parts created in SharePoint Designer
(also available for WSS) can use Web Services for data

3) InfoPath Form Services can use Web Services as a data source

Information on the oracle  Bi web services are at

Bamboo has a cheap/free product that does more than the BDC, and does
it on WSS. I believe it's called Mashup, but I could be confusing product
names.

Not an official posting, but lots of good information on how to do it can be
found here:

You were close. It's called MashPoint, and it's a ShareService Provider that
extends the BDC, providing single sign-on, external data access, and an API
for custom .NET applications. You are correct that it supports WSS as well
as MOSS. And that it's free!

I also found an article on BDC and oracle  which has one of the most
descriptive file names I've ever seen.

BDC - Enterprise only. Just for clarity.
