Sharepoint Multilingual

Asked By: Antione    Date: Jan 01    Category: Sharepoint    Views: 3384

I am following the whitepaper « Using Microsoft SharePoint Products and technologies in Multilingual Scenarios » I’m testing the audience method provided I’m stuck at #10 when its time to compile we are supposed to see our users in audience membership but i don’t see any, i doublechecked my groups and my setup (that is very simple) but still can’t see the users that are in my group.

Anye clue, I have sp2003 sp1

Any other easy multilingual idea would be greatly appreciated.

Quick question since I am teaching today and do not have the whitepaper
available.
Have you imported or created profiles? Are they showing up?

They don’t  speak about profiles in the white paper, just audience, you create global groups  in AD the put users  in them then add those groups to the audience  next compile  then we should be able to see users in audience view properties.

You can't create audiences without profiles.
