I am currently dealing with a situation where we have 3 sites using 2 domains. SiteA uses one domain and SiteB and SiteC use another. The original idea was to merge all users to a single domain.

I have recently discovered that the idea now is to use an interforest domain to join the two together.

At about the same time we are looking to roll out a basic Sharepoint site across the group which will be developed ongoing basis.

Does anyone know if Sharepoint Portal Server will have any problems with an interforest domain?
