SharePoint integrated with SQL Reporting Services

Currently we have some issues when setup the Report Server which as followings:-

1. Error during the configuration on Database Setup in Reporting Services Configuration Tools.

· The error is about the Create Grant Rights when we configure the Database Setup. We tried to use different account to create as Report service account. Although the admin able to run the database setup into SharePoint integrated mode, but still encountered the Create Grant Rights error during the configuration.

2. Encounter the error message of “An unexpected error while connecting to the report server. Verify that the report server is available for integrated mode.” when we tried to create Report Data Source.

3. Encounter the 401 unauthorized error when tried to add the rdl report file from the SQL Reporting Viewer web part.

For the 401 error, please check if you have disabled loopback check.


For the second error, what’s your version of sql  Server? If you are using SQL 2005, did you install the hotfix below?


If this is not your issue, what authentication way do you use and what’s the detailed error  message for your first question?
