Sharepoint Installation...

Is it possible to install Sharepoint Services(2003) in a server with
sharepoint already installed with an Sharepoint Services(same
version).

You can only install  it once, what you can do is provision WSS on a new
virtual server  without Sharepoint Portal Solutions
