Sharepoint Host Header & Publishing

I am using Windows 2008 and i want to publish my Site on ISA 2006 , i
am tring to give the site AAM but it isnt working on IIS 7 and i dont
know how to Make it , so anyone know anyother idea to publish it . i
read that i can make host header for the app pool and then publish this
host header?
