SharePoint "FAQ Feature"

Is anybody familiar with a development project for a sharepoint FAQ
library feature?

For hopefully obvious reasons it is very difficult to google SharePoint
FAQ and come up with any results that would let me INSTALL an FAQ rather
than READ an FAQ.

One of the Fab40 templates is a Knowledge Base. It can certainly
function as an FAQ.
