What is the development environment for the WebParts and where can I get
it?

I downloaded SDK from Microsoft but could not learn from there what the
environment is.

You can do it in office XP developer.............

However, after I installed the XP developer I'm getting the following
error:

"The Server you have selected does not have the supported version of the
of the dashboard installed . . ." and directs me to office @ MSDN.

I read the Office section and could not find what I need to change/
install to get the correct version.

What to do?
