Has anybody used Sharepoint for Document Workflow with approval andstatus features? For example, Work Order or Project documents that goesthrough multiple review and approvals?
SPS 2003 doesn’t do hardcore workflow….The only form of approval routing you can possibly do OOB is to use lists & list manager’s (i.e submit to portal area)You can build custom workflow (custom code) onto doc libriares using the event hooks (though these must be enabled on the virtual server)If workflow is key maybe worth checking out the human workflow services within BizTalk 2004
