Sharepoint Dataview Webpart

I'm using FP2003 to create a phonelist on companyweb. I've added a
dataview webpart that gets data from an sql server external to the
sharepoint SQL Server. The page loads up great in FP and on IE for me
but anyone else who views it gets an error message in the webpart 'An
error occurred while processing the data for this request. Contact the
server administrator for more information'. None of the MS knowledge
base suggestions seem to work. Any ideas?

You might want to check the security on the SQL DB. DO you have access but
none of the users attempting to access the page do? I would check the
security logs on SQL to insure that they are not being bounced from there.

Could it be a permissions issue with the SQL server? Is the data open
to all or only you?
