Sharepoint Database - SQL 2005 Express - SQL 2005 Standard Upgrade

I have had this sharepoint issue dropped on my desk. The
situation is that for whatever reason, sharepoint got installed using
a SQL 2005 Express database. This has now got to it's 4GB limit and
now it has to be upgraded to SQL 2005 Standard.

I imagine that I am not the first person to have to deal with this
problem so was wondering if anyone could point me in the right
direction.

Someone has already restored the SQL Express DB to a SQL Standard
Server, so I was wondering if there was some way of telling
sharepoint to look at this new Database instance?
