Sharepoint Database File size

the SPS_SERV.MDB file size of one portal is too big how can i reduce its size
.its size is almost 10GB,but other portals having file size is 25 MB
(Approx).help me to reduce the size of the file

One option is to create few smaller content DB and do a site migration to it.
U can use stsadm command to restore sites from the SPS_SERV database to the
other chunk DB [for eg :SPS_SERV_1]...

Ideally, you would be moving your sites within the huge DB to the chunk DB and
materialize things...
