Does anyone know a solution to the following sharepoint problem:

The dashboard loads ok and appears to work almost fine but displays
the error: "The Digital Dashboard Services Component could not be
loaded, possibly due to insufficient access privileges on this
machine." It could be down to the Explorer security settings but
having had a tinker around I found nothing obvious. Sharepoint is
setup on a windows 2000 server machine and the client is a windows
2000 machine. The message appears when the web pages are loaded but
dissapears when the mouse moves over a link.
