SharePoint Custom List

You know in the sharepoint there is a option to create new column in
the Libraries/Custom Lists. And in the Column Type there is a option
for Hyperlink or Picture. In that field we can link the Picture.

But is there any option or field type where I can directly PASTE the
picture instead of linking the picture.

yes u can .. basically u need to create a rick text control .
go to list and settings--> create column--> choose multiline --> u will get an
option for selecting ricktext with image ...
try that

You must be talking about SP2007 functionality-- correct?? V2003
does not support this, OutOfTheBox.

You can make the column rich text and paste the picture.

With sharepoint richtext, you can:
Increase/decrease size of RichText area without posting back
Upload and insert images as item attachments into RichText editors

Though it can not insert picture in the editor box,however, it greatly
make this process easily.
