Sharepoint Central Adminstration Error

i install sharepoint 2007 on windows server 2008 and then i install WSS 3.0 Sp2. but after install sp2 i can't able to login in sharepoint central adminstration website getting error :

Cannot complete this action.

Please try again.

please help me waiting for reply...

You must run the configuration wizard after installing any SP or update

U need to run SharePoint configuration wizard after installing SP2. If the issue still persist check the latest log file in 12\log to identify the root cause.
